Stegoranger - version 3

Was inspired to try painting a digital background after watching the original Bubblegum Crisis anime. Also did a 3rd version of The Lost Ranger closer to the example given without completely copying the design for Planet817Comics' dark power rangers series. Went with the muted colors for the background
